We offer refunds within a 3 working days period if you encounter any unsolvable technical issues with our software. After this initial 3-day period, no exchanges or refunds will be offered as per our Refund Policy.
To initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com. Our support team will assist you within 6 hours. Kindly provide details about your case and include a screenshot showcasing the issue you are experiencing with the software performance.
We will also require proof of purchase, so please email us the receipt of the software you purchased.
The alert system is based on MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and TradingView platform services. Any issues related to the alert option should be addressed to their respective support teams.
We do not accept refunds for payments made with cryptocurrency via Coinbase due to potential transaction fees and other complications.
